2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Rates are per person unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon full or partial payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or in person at our office. PayPal is not accepted.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Each service or tour may have a unique cancellation policy. Please review at the time of booking.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after deduction of applicable charges.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows or partially used services.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) are valid and available. Omar Tourism is not liable for any issues related to denied boarding or immigration refusals.

5. Visa Services

• We assist with visa applications as a facilitator only.
• Approval or rejection of visas is solely at the discretion of the immigration authorities.
• Visa application fees are non-refundable once submitted.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included unless stated otherwise. We highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive insurance coverage.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Omar Tourism acts as a travel agent and is not responsible for services provided by third parties such as airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or alter services due to weather conditions, operational issues, or force majeure events.

8. Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and must comply with local health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 guidelines where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images on www.omartourism.com is the property of Omar Tourism LLC and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
